Per aquest motiu, el menú take away per a dues persones (amb algú especial, un vinet i música suau), teniu la nit feta. És clar que hi ha altres restaurants que venen sushi d’alta qualitat, però no t’ho vendran d’aquesta manera. D’això se'n diu: marcar la diferència. Naming –– Shunga, un terme japonès per definir l'art eròtic, traduïda literalment, la paraula japonesa shunga significa quadre de primavera ("primavera" és un eufemisme comú per al sexe). Un artista japonès que sintetitza de tal manera les formes que el resultat són unes figures icòniques i amb una personalitat sorprenentment potent. També fa servir una gamma de colors molt selecta. És com descobrir un secret: el tabú del sexe.Composició ––&nbsp;Des de gairebé cada costat es veu una part del logo/nom de la marca. Amb les il·lustracions presento un joc de Transparència: es veu la bellesa del sushi des de l’exterior de la capsa. Això fa venir gana i facilita la identificació del producte.&nbsp; Direcció d’art compositiva –– (Capses en fila component un mosaic) En el restaurant tindran tot de paquets a les estanteries i amb aquesta composició aniran més enllà de la capsa en singular. Construïren un mosaic posant-les en fila: el logo es veu més gran, el sushi gran es veu sencer... Motivacions de disseny–Inspirada en el treball de Álbaro Siza amb la seva làmpada Fil; i en el treball de Castiglioni sobretot en la làmpada Parèntesis que va dis- senyar juntament amb Pio Manzú. Amb ells comparteixo els objectius de: Treballar el disseny com a “arte poveda”, el llenguatge del reciclatge amb classe; reutilitzant els materials d’una manera res- pectuosa amb l’element original Simplificar els processos de construcció i manteniment, etc.; ús de formes elemental; formalització sintètica s’exhibeix el material sense ornaments. Mural situat a l'obrador de croissants la Pastisseria Brunells. Ubicada en la mateixa cantonada des del 1852, ara llueix un mural que celebra el premi al millor croissant de mantega artesanal d’Espanya per tercer any consecutiu. La constel·lació de croissants és una al·legoria a la imaginació del client que somia amb els deliciosos croissants, mentre que, la recepta metòdica representa el punt de vista del cuiner, on l’esforç per complir la recepta secreta donen com a resultat el millor croissant d’Espanya. &nbsp;
